Every client has an Account Manager assigned to be the face of Alchemetrics. This is a key role, filled by highly experienced professionals who add value to the clients marketing team and ensure that our clients achieve the most from their investment in Alchemetrics.
With the support from our Project Management team, the Account Manager provides the following core functions during the development project:
- Overall control and project monitoring
- Communication between the client and the development team
- Alchemetrics User Acceptance Testing
- Client training and knowledge transfer
- Client User Acceptance Testing guidelines and support
- Completion of the Service Level Agreement for the ongoing management of the service.
With their leadership during the development phase, the retained knowledge at go live means our Account Managers are able to really drive value from a solution early on the relationship. On go live the functions of the Account Manager change to incude:
- Ensure our service meets the guidelines of the Service Level Agreement
- Customer user support

- System Change Management requested by the client
- Provision of additional services as requested by the client
