Delivering excellent services to our clients is in our blood. However you never know if you're doing a good job until you measure it. For MSP's like ourselves, we listen to our customers and respond in a way we feel is appropriate, but do we really appreciate the good, the bad and the damn right ugly?!

With a year of change behind us its time to stop and check.

We've changed the way we engage with our clients, evolved the technology with some exciting changes to informa and introduced a ton of new processes to streamline how we work, whilst keeping our finger on the pulse of where the industry is going. Without this approach we'd never have been able to continue to deliver such ground breaking solutions and outstanding services.

How do we know we're good?! Well, we measure everything including client satisfaction, and so we're absolutely delighted to be able to publish these results from the end of 2014 thanks to the fantastic clients who took time to complete the survey.
